Non-urgent advice: Medical Centre Accessibility
Disabled access is available on all levels of the building; if your appointment is on the first floor, we have a lift, making access easier for you.
There are also fully equipped disabled toilets on both floors.
In the near future we hope to have baby changing facilities available for patient use when required.
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours & Emergency
In case of an ’emergency’ or when the surgery is closed, you have below options available to you:
Sunderland Enhanced Access Service
If you can’t get an appointment with your GP or can’t get there during the day due to work or other commitments you can use the Enhanced Access Service.
Sunderland offers extra appointments seven days a week at your local out of hours site, alternatively it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another site across the city which your practice will arrange.
